Ɓukasz Maksymiuk was born in 1979. He received his Master's degree in telecommunications in 2004. His Master's Thesis concerned influence of polarization dependent loss on polarization mode dispersion. Since 2005 he is a an employee of our group. His researched work concerned application of MMF splitters in PON networks and for mode multiplexing. In October 2009 he received his PhD degree. His professional interests include also radio telecommunications. Currently, he is working on new approaches to optical LANs.
